BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Terms and Conditions of Booking (& Dogs T&C's)

By completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below.

All properties are strictly non-smoking inside the accommodation

Bookings are made on the understanding that occupancy of the property is for holiday purposes only, for the period of time agreed and only the number of occupants booked in on the booking

 

Booking policy:

Non refundable first night's stay deposit taken by card upon booking

You must be 18 or over to make a booking

We cannot accept liability for any alteration or cancellation caused by civil strife, strikes, sickness, bad weather, technical transportation problems, or other circumstances.

 ​Payment:

 1st night's Deposit is taken securely via Stripe in UK Pounds Sterling only.

  • Please note: Balance is due by Online banking 4 weeks prior to arrival 

  • Bank Account details for payment is in your automated confirmation ​

  • ELECTRIC CARS - There's an electric car charge point in the car park at Tesco's Porthmadog and at the Royal Oak Hotel Car park in Betws y Coed  -  Please let us know beforehand if you intend or need to use the room electricity to charge your car (emergency only)

 

Arrival and Departure Times: 

  • Check-in from 4:00pm - Suites may be available for an earlier check-in, we can message you..

  • Check-out of the room by 10am ​- if you would like to visit or feed the friendly animals on the farm you are very welcome to stay on the farm until later 

 

Cancellation Policy:

If, due to a cancellation, we are unable to re-let the accommodation, we may be unable to offer a refund (but we would do our utmost to try & re-let) 

Holiday booking is a legally binding contract, we recommend taking out holiday Cancellation Insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances 

Subject to availability, it may be possible to change the dates of your holiday 

Rearrangements or refunds may not be possible less than 1 month prior to the commencement of your original booking.
 

DOGS:

Well behaved dogs are very welcome subject to the T&C's below..

Dogs are not permitted to go on the bed or on furniture 

  • Dogs must not be left alone in the accommodation (unless they are happy to be in their cage for a short period of time)

  • Extra cleaning time charge for moulting dogs @ £25 per dog (no charge for a tiny non moulting dog)

  • Haybarns 5 & 6 are interconnecting suites, and not quite as soundproof as our other suites (working on this ) A dog that is likely to bark at night could disturb the guests next door so is not at present a suitable choice if you have a barking dog - please have a look at our other suites no 2, 3 & 4

  • There are usually chickens wandering about on the farm during daytime, if your dog is likely to chase them please keep him/her on a lead - thank you

 

Parking:

Parking is available outside each Cottage on our farm, this is entirely at your own risk and we cannot accept any responsibility for damage or theft, CCTV cameras on the farm grounds

Cleanliness & Order

All accommodation, to be left in the same state of cleanliness and order in which it was found, please be particular on crockery & utensils prior to departure day.. thank you

Please let us know immediately if you have a problem or a query with the accommodation 

The holiday maker undertakes to keep the premises and the furniture, fixtures and fittings and effects in or on the premises in the same state of repair and condition as at the commencement of your holiday, expecting fair wear and tear. 

We require compensation for damage, breakages or loss of items.

We accept no responsibility for personal possessions either in the accommodation or in cars parked outside the property.

If any item or property is damaged during your stay please inform us immediately. 

Serious damage to property will result in being charged the full amount for a replacement.​
