Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions, may be amended from time to time & apply to all our bookings,

 by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below.

All properties are strictly non-smoking inside

Cancellations due to COVID lockdowns are refundable, if there's a local lockdown in your area we do ask that you let us know immediately so that we may try to re-let

 

Booking policy:

 

  • Non refundable first night's stay deposit taken by card upon booking

  • Balance due by online banking 6 weeks prior to arrival see Payments below

  • You must be 18 or over to make a booking

  • If you don’t receive our confirmation email after booking, please contact us by mail or phone

  •  

  • NO REFUNDS will be given for a cancellation by the guest less than 4 weeks from the holiday period (unless due COVID lockdowns)

  • Bookings are made on the understanding that occupancy of the property is for holiday purposes only, for the period of time agreed and only the number of occupants booked in.

  • If for any reason beyond the owner’s control, the property is not available on the dates booked, all charges paid in advance by guests will be refunded in full

  • (guests have no further claim against the owners).

 

  • We cannot accept any obligation or liability for any alteration or cancellation caused by civil strife, strikes, sickness, bad weather, technical transportation problems, or other circumstances.

 

Payment:

 

  • 1st night's Deposit is taken securely via Stripe in UK Pounds Sterling only.

  • Balance is due by Online banking 6 weeks prior to arrival

  • Bank Account details for payment will be sent with your confirmation 

Arrival and Departure Times: (new COVID times)

  • Check-in from 4:00pm 

  • Check-out by 9:00am 

Cancellation Policy:

  • NO REFUNDS will be given for a cancellation by the guest less than 6 weeks from the holiday period, unless we are able to re-let the accommodation for the same duration

 

  • It may be possible to change the dates of your holiday, if there is availability. Rearrangements cannot usually be made less than 1 month prior to the commencement of your original booking.

 

Parking:

 

  • Parking is available outside each suite/Cottage, this is entirely at your own risk and we cannot accept any responsibility for damage or theft to your vehicle.

 

Accident:

 Please ensure that if you have an accident, that you report it to the owners for entry in the Accident Book immediately.

 

  • Cleanliness & Order

  • All accommodation, should be left in the same state of cleanliness and order in which it was found, please be particular on crockery & utensils prior to departure

  • The holiday maker undertakes to keep the premises and the furniture, fixtures and fittings and effects in or on the premises in the same state of repair and condition as at the commencement of your holiday, expecting fair wear and tear.

  • We require compensation for damage, breakages or loss of items.

  • We accept no responsibility for personal possessions either in the accommodation or in cars parked outside the property.

 

Dogs:

 

  • Well-behaved and controllable dogs are welcome, but are not permitted to go on the bed or furniture

  • Dogs must not be left alone in the accommodation or anywhere on the farm

  • Extra cleaning time charge for moulting dogs @ £25 per dog per stay

 

Bookings:

  • If you are planning to have a noisy party then we are not the accommodation for you.​​

 

Quiet background music is permitted until 10pm.

If any property is damaged during your stay then please inform the owner immediately.

Serious damage to property will result in being charged the full amount for a replacement.

We are delighted to be able to welcome guests to Snowdonia Holidays - Tyddyn du Farm 

As always, it will be a pleasure seeing our regulars and welcoming new guests in 2021. 

 

We are taking a number of steps in response to Covid-19 to help keep everyone as safe as possible.
These are the precautions we are taking and to ask you to do certain things to help us:

1. Safeguarding guests – Covid-19
We are extremely cautious that Tyddyn du remains Covid-19 free zone. In order to do this, we ask guests to observe the Welsh Government’s Covid-19 regulations and advice

We will ask guests to stay at home if they or any of their party have had either a temperature, persistent cough, shortness of breath, loss of smell/taste or has been in contact with an infected person in the previous 14 days

We ask our customers to leave the accommodation immediately if they have any symptoms of Covid-19 whilst staying


2. Accommodation

  • Each suite is ‘deep cleaned’ with extra measures put into place for cleaning high contact areas:

  • Disinfecting hard surfaces

  • Disinfecting all hard floors

  • Covering pillows with fresh pillow protectors 

3.  End of stay
In order to minimise the risk to our cleaning staff, we ask you kindly to:

  • Empty all bins & recycling to the Green Bin & Recycling Pen at the gable end of the farmhouse 

  • Please ensure use of our antibacterial hand Gel before and after opening the bins.
